Non Fat Frozen Yoghurt Smoothie Recipes
Here is a list of wonderful non fat frozen yoghurt smoothies. All delicious, low in fat and calories – perfect for a hot summer day.
Pina Coloda
1 Cup Pineapple, chopped
½ Cup Coconut Milk
1 Cup Non Fat Frozen Yoghurt
1 Tbsp Agave Nectar
Directions:
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Serves one.
Mint Chocolate Chip
1 Tsp Peppermint Extract
1 Tbsp Cacao Powder
1 Cup Non Fat Vanilla Frozen Yoghurt
½ – 1 Cup Milk
Directions:
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Serves one.
Strawberry Banana Classic
1 Banana
½ Cup Strawberries
1 Cup Non Fat Vanilla Frozen Yoghurt
½-1 Cup Milk
Directions:
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Serves One.
Tips:
* To make a thicker smoothie, use less liquid.
* For thinner smoothie, add more water.
* Add more or less of certain ingredients to adjust to your tastes. Even though a recipe calls for a certain amount, you can always change it.
